Random Northern-ness

You've probably noticed that I'm not posting that much at the moment. Real life keeps getting in the way unfortunately so here's a quickie.

Marvin Smith was the lead singer of The Artistics before he went solo and "Have More Time" was actually the b-side of his first solo single "Time Stopped" released on Brunswick in 1966. The song was written by Motown man Barrett Strong and I think The Artistics might be singing backing vocals on this. As I like to say, it's a cracker.
