Anyone ever think that this Emma was a deluded narcissist? Maybe she was a crap actress and these people telling she was going to be a star were just bullshitting her for the sake of her fragile self-esteem.

The main problem with "Emma" was that it was such a killer tune that Hot Chocolate, to my mind, never really equalled it.

It had a really spare, spooky sound...you could just tell it was going to end in tears.
