Vamp It Up

I believe today is something called “Halloween” which I couldn’t care less about but it does give me an excuse to post this.

I could’ve sworn that you would do a post about Jimmy Saville!

Maybe later in the week if I can think of something to say.

Thanks, this was helpful! I learned how to draw a cross in the dirt next time a babe in a flimsy nightgown jumps on top of me.

Of course this was long before Kate O’Mara would hit her artistic peak in ‘Triangle’.

That looks pretty good. I, on the other hand, have fond memories of watching this movie in the mid-seventies and finding it strangely arousing:

Nah, Kate O’Mara’s peak was in The Brothers, a couple of years before Triangle. More than “strangely arousing” :). Wasn’t The Brothers a Sunday evening jobbie, alternating with series like Poldark, which had both Angharad Rees and Jill Townsend, who were also “strangely arousing” :)?

I never saw Triangle, but I remember the trailers with her “sunbathing” in a bikini on the deck of a North Sea ferry under a very grey sky.

I looked up The Brothers on IMDB, and there’s lots of interest in the cast, not least Colin Baker and Liza Goddard.
